The service of documents frequently involves matters which emanate from Family Courts in the United Kingdom for service in other countries or indeed documents from Foreign Courts for service in the United Kingdom. We have lost count of the number of cross border Divorce Petitions and Child custody papers we have served. These frequently relate to E.U. and former commonwealth countries, one matter we are dealing with currently involves a South African national, married to a Kuwaiti respondent, who now resides in Australia.

In relation to real estate matters we frequently serve possession orders on British Nationals who have properties in many other countries of the world, when foreign finance providers foreclose on mortgages taken out by our own residents.

United Kingdom and foreign banks similarly call upon our services to serve Moreva or Freezing Injunctions both in this country and abroad.

This is an area in which few Process Servers have experience and it is an obvious advantage that we have knowledge of comparative legal systems of many countries. Of course we always adhere to the instructions of commissioning solicitors, who specify their various requirements and we of course can offer advice based on our considerable experience in these fields.

We are fortunate in that we have agents, and contacts with former law enforcement and anti-corruption officers, in many countries in the world and we offer reciprocal assistance to colleagues in other countries. As no two such matters are identical we would initially discuss the detail of such matters before quoting an appropriate fee, which is to mutual benefit.
