Our company was formed to provide the legal profession both in the United Kingdom and elsewhere with a highly efficient process serving facility universally.

The managing director of Nationwide Process and Legal Services Limited is a University Law Graduate, who has lectured in Criminal Law at a Home Office Detective Training establishment.

His Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) concentrated largely on commercial and company law, and since he has entered the private investigation and process serving profession he has acquired considerable expertise in family law and the law of personal and company insolvency.

It follows that all of our staff have been instructed in these areas of law and the elements of research undertaken by members of our company are reflected in the presentation of their reports, statements and affidavits of service.

Formerly our Chief Executive had a 30 year career in the police service, reaching the rank of Detective Superintendent and was the head of a large Fraud Squad. During this period many very high profile investigations were assigned to him, both in his own force area and in other regions of the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. As a senior member of the Murder Squad he was in charge of a number of successful homicide investigations, which is an indication of his industry and dedication.
